.. Is the slogan we've been using from the very beginning, because here at Eikedalen, trust is everything. There's nothing more unique as the bond between a horse and it's rider and so is our training based thereafter. Our training is based on carefulness and affection and we always use positive reinforcement, without it - we could never build a bond like our riders have to their horses. There wouldn't be any champions on Stall Eikedalen without it.

In Eikedalen we also believe that no horse should be trained by force, but with love and great caution. Every horse is different and some horses need more time than others. We treat our horses with respect and we don't expect them to do something they don't want or thrive whitin'. They're our best friends, not our slaves.

 

Our focus lies on the young concept Norwegian Warmblood, we use the finest bloodlines to breed this warmblood type with great perfection. Among our NWB's there's also a wide range of Scandinavian breeds, as well as some other type of warmbloods to keep our bloodline intact.  Our main goal is to reach beyond the limit, and produce Norwegian Warmbloods so they're finally their own breed.
